江俊辉先生于1962年出生于纽约,1997年,他被任命为加州平税局第四区的委员,1998年和2002年两次选举连任。2006年竞选加州主审计长并成功当选,就职于2007年1月8日。2010年连任,2014年转选任州财长。现任美国加利福尼亚州财长。是加利福尼亚州历史上首位也是至今唯一当遍三大财政官:加州平税局委员、审计长和财政部长的州长候选人,有着丰富的从政和财务经验。
